Course syllabus
Delivered over 4 days, 28 hrs of tutor contact time.
Legislation, licensing and standards of behaviour.
Patrolling, access control, searching and incident reporting.
De-escalation, communication and dealing with aggression.
The EFAW element now required for licence-linked training.
