Fires can have devastating effects in the workplace and can result into injuries, burns, and even loss of precious lives, as well as damage to the properties, and environment.
Fire can badly affect both human and business, so Fire Marshalls save lives by managing fire risks.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) legislation has made it mandatory to protect people at work and placed a duty on employers to establish policies and procedures and ensure their employees receive appropriate training to prevent Fire at the workplace.
This Fire Marshal / Fire Safety course is designed for all employees as an introduction to fire awareness and is an excellent ingredient in the induction programme of new employees. It deals with how fires can occur and what to do in the event of a fire.
The course is aimed at anyone involved in the management of fire safety in any workplace. This includes managers, supervisors, team leaders, fire wardens (marshals) and staff working in any area where there is a potential risk of fire
The qualification also provides an opportunity for those employees who want to develop their basic fire safety awareness in order to assist their employer by undertaking more specific fire safety roles in the workplace to manage fire risk.
Fire Marshall Age requirement:
The minimum age required for this course is 16 years.
Duration of the course:
This is a ½ day course consists of theory and practical training.

Fire Marshall Assessment / Test
The assessment is by written and practical observation/ examination / Test.
On successful completion of the training programme, a “Level 2 Award in Fire Marshall / Warden training” certificate (Level 5 in Scotland). will be issued to the learner. This qualification is valid for 3 years.
Course Location
While booking is available by online or phone calls to our office, this course is normally delivered at our training Centre face-to-face in the classroom. However, if you want to book 6 or more for this course, we can deliver this course on your site, subject to a pre-course assessment of your premises. It will, reduce your costs in respect of additional time out and travelling expenses.
