No. Our only classroom is in London. Bristol learners take the course live online, or travel to London if they prefer face-to-face. We would rather say that plainly than list a hired meeting room as a “venue”.
Yes. CITB does not distinguish delivery method on the certificate itself, and the qualification is identical.
A laptop or tablet with a working camera and microphone, and a quiet place to sit. You must be visible on camera throughout — that is an awarding body requirement.
