How Staffordshire learners take this course
Live online is not a recording. You join a scheduled Zoom session with a
CITB-approved trainer who answers questions in real time.
CITB issues exactly the same certificate as the classroom route.
Staffordshire sites accept exactly the same certificates as anywhere else in the UK.
Would you rather come to the classroom?
You are welcome to. Our centre is on High Road, Ilford. Most Staffordshire learners find the online route works out cheaper once travel and any overnight stay are counted, but the choice is yours.

Questions from Staffordshire learners

Yes. CITB does not distinguish delivery method on the certificate itself, and the qualification is identical.
A laptop or tablet with a working camera and microphone, and a quiet place to sit. You must be visible on camera throughout — that is an awarding body requirement.
Yes, for groups of six or more, anywhere in the UK.
